E-line is the high-density pneumatic conveyor specifically designed to convey the powders in short or medium distances exploiting the existing characteristics of the conventional pneumatic air conveyor plus the structural modification for easy handling and upgrading the sanitation. Two options are available. One is EL-1 to be installed at the discharge end of the existing blender, etc. and used the blending container as a blow tank. Another one is EL-2, which is equipped with the blow tank and inlet valve to convey the materials from the bottom of any tank.

The powders will be conveyed simply by the compressed air and no other equipment is needed.
The high density and low speed transportation causes less breakage of the granules and separation of the materials, which is ideal for transportation after mixing.
EL conveyor is mobile and can be installed under the tanks and blenders.
As the powders will be transported with quite a small amount of air, simply installing the filter on the receiver tank can do the air-gas separation.
No blower and low noise operation.
