By making the blending vessel asymmetrical, mobility is given even to the materials in the axial part of the vessel and it results in getting the highly precise and homogenous blending, which could not have achieved on the conventional vessel rotating type of blender.

Due to the mass movements of the material in the vessel, loading rate of the materials for blending can be increased up to approx. 70%. The materials inside the vessel move like ∞ (infinity sign) and do not stay at the same position so that the powders are totally and homogenously blended. Simple structure and easy for cleaning and maintenance. No dead space inside the vessel. So a whole quantity of the loaded materials can be discharged.
