W type Blender

Rotating the blending vessel, which consists of two cones and one short ring in between, the dispersion of powders and particles is accelerated and blended effectively.  

Ideal for adjusting the production lot as the powders and particles are blended in moderate movements As the whole materials are completely discharged, easy for cleaning and washing. CIP cleaning is also available. The rotation diameter is smaller compared with the V type blender and can be scaled up to larger volume of materials.
