Universal Mill UM
UM is the high-speed rotation impulsive fine powder mill, which has been developed for milling the food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical materials and easy for disassembly and cleaning. It can be used for the materials with soft to medium hardness up to the Mohs hardness code 3.

The maximum diameter of the milling particles should be 6 mm and the average particle diameters of the milled powders will be 30 – 500 micron.

In accordance with the required application, the milling media “Pin Disc” and “Turbine & Screen” can be exchanged.
<Pin Disc>
The materials will be milled by the large milling force when passing through the fixed pins and high speed rotating pins. This is widely applied for milling the materials in general.
<Turbine and Screen>
The materials will be milled by the high speed rotating turbine blades. As the turbine generates a large amount of air, it is suitable for milling the fibrous materials and heat sensitive materials.

The casing is the carved-out steel (not the cast metal) and it can be polished.
