Vibro-Fluidized Bed Dryer VDF
The vibro-fluidized dryer, which provides the continuous straight-line up-and-down vibrations directly to the whole drying section. Due to the vibration, wind velocity for fluidization can be slow, which is good for selecting the most suitable air volume.
- Even the non-fluidized rough and large granules can be conveyed, no quality
deterioration possibly caused by an unlimited retention of material flow. - As the vibration helps the fluidization, a gentle fluidized bed can be formed by a small airflow and prevents from breakage and abrasion of granules.
- The materials with a wide range of granule sizes or rough and large non-fluidized granules can be handled.
- Fitting the cooling zone at the discharge end, drying and cooling of the products can be done on one unit.
- Wide selection of the dryer sizes.
- The sanitary (hygiene) specification is available.
