Rotary Vacuum Dryer　WDV

Batch type vacuum dryer indirectly heat-drying the powders with hot water, steam or heated oil circulating inside of the jacket fitted on outer circumference of the conical shaped vessel. 

As the materials will be dried under vacuum where the boiling point of evaporating gas will be lowered, drying the materials to low temperature and low moisture can be achieved. The whole materials are effectively blended and dried to get the homogenously dried products. As there is no dead space inside the vessel, the whole materials can be discharged. Simple structure and easy for cleaning and maintenance. Total automations for material input and discharge can be done.
