Ultra-sonic Vibrating Screen Separator "SWEEP SIEVE" TMS

The Tokuju original round type vibrating screen, combined with the most advanced ultra-sonic unit. TMS is suitable for sieving the fine powders.

Without being influenced by screen frame’s own vibration, the machine
generates the vibrations with the multiple cycles (sweep vibrations) all over the screen surface.
By using the sweep vibration, the sieving capacity has been increased compared with the existing ultra-sonic sifter (1.5 times in the Tokuju standard).
Easy cleaning as the detachable part of converter does not contact with the powders.
As no tapping balls are used, the contamination of foreign materials into the products has been minimized.
